Beldico is a custom manufacturer of various high value-added disposable medical devices. We offer the development and production of disposable medical devices.

Our integrated manufacturing with certification service allows our partners to improve time-to-market and reduce development and production costs. The flexibility and know-how of our teams will be a major asset at each stage of the development of your project (design & development, technical drafting, validation and CE marking).

Beldico is certified ISO 13485 and meets the strictest European standards.

Injection and blowmolding

Beldico has two components production zones: our blowing zone is equipped with 3 injection-blow molding machines and our molding zone is equipped with 14 machines, three of which are dedicated to the injection of parts intended to enter the composition of our medical range.
Our products meet the highest quality standards and traceability standards.

With 30 years of experience, Beldico supports its partners in their development and validation projects for the design of molds and new components in various thermoplastic materials.

Clean room production and assembly

Beldico has more than 800 m² of clean room which is ISO 8 grade validated according to the ISO 14644 standard.
The know-how and experience of our staff allows us to realize a wide variety of products, even the most complex configurations.
Beldico is a company on a human scale and responds with its flexibility to the needs of its customers and to the requirements of the market in constant evolution.

Sterilization and storage

Ethylene oxide sterilization and Gamma sterilization/decontamination are validated by us and carried out by an external partner.

Beldico has a warehouse of 6,000 m² allowing the storage of 4,000 pallets of finished products.
